Anyone can contact the Child and Family Information, Advice and Assistance (I,A&A) service to have a discussion and get help.

You will speak to an experienced member of staff who can talk through your worries and agree what sort of help is required.

Elliott King, Swansea Council's Cabinet Member for Children's Services, said: "It is so important during this crisis that children and families receive the right help at the right time from the right people, if and when they need it.

"Despite the lockdown that is affecting us, all our staff are working to make sure children and young people are safe and well and we need your help to do that.

"If child and family services aren't the right people we can often put you in touch with someone who can offer the support needed."

The Integrated Information, Advice and Assistance Service can be contacted at 01792 635700  or email:

If you are very worried about a child's immediate safety please ring South Wales Police on 999 but this number should only be used for urgent worries.
