Proposed traffic regulation order - various roads speed limit order
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea intends to make an Order in pursuance of its powers as contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ("the Act") and The Restricted Roads ( 20mph Speed Limit) (Wales) Order 2022 (the "Order"), the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule(s) below.
Any objections to the proposals should be submitted in writing setting out the reasons thereto to reach the undersigned at Civic Centre Oystermouth Road Swansea SA1 3SN or via email at Legal.TrafficNotices@swansea.gov.uk by the 26 July 2023 quoting reference DVT-00272407/AVR.

The existing Orders are revoked insofar as they are inconsistent with the proposals herein after contained which relate to the length or lengths of the road or roads referred to in the schedules hereto, in particular, this applies to the existing Traffic Regulation Orders for 20mph speed limits and 20mph zones operating on roads and sections of road which would be identified as being restricted under the provisions of Section 82 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and named in the Traffic Regulation Orders listed below:
