Notice of an application for the deregistration of common land due to a mistake - Tutts Head and Bracelet Bay, Swansea.
To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below and to all others whom it may concern.
Application has been made to the Commons Registration Authority City & County of Swansea by The Council of the City and County of Swansea under Schedule 2 Paragraph 7 of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with The Commons Act (Correction, Non-registration or Mistaken Registration)(Wales)Regulations 2017 ("the 2007 Regulations"). The application seeks deregistration of the land described in the Schedule below.
The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN between the hours of 9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday or in the download below.
If the registration authority is satisfied that the land described below qualifies for deregistration as common land, it will so deregister the land.
Any person wishing to object to the deregistration of the land as common land should send a statement of the facts on which the objection is based to the Commons Registration Authority, City & County of Swansea, Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN on or before 20th May 2022 quoting reference 01/22.
Any statements that are to be taken into account by the Authority in reaching a decision on the application cannot be treated as confidential and will be copied to the applicant for comment and may be disclosed to other interested parties.
